Positive Traits, Attributes and/or Strengths

What positive traits does your character have?  Choose the top 5 - 10  traits, including special powers, gifts or talents.  Since you are going on this quest either as or along side your character, positive quality traits for yourself are important!   How does your traits and those of your character compliment each other?  Here are a few ideas for helping with the personal traits.  Set a timer for 1 minute and see how many you can come up with.  Let those of great influence in your life, those most trusted, loved and respected (friends, family, mentors, teachers, boss, pastor, etc) in your life help.  Ask them to identify what positive attributes they see in you.  You can also focus on one of these people and write down the traits you see in them.  If you can identify it, you have it within yourself!  That was one of the most valuable thing I was told.  

I learned first hand being in Network Marketing that self talk is so important.  So I challenge you to take this a step further, watch and see what you say to yourself....  I am what?  If it is negative, stop yourself and replace it with the opposite!   It would be better to just say, "I am that I am!
